We are seeking a

Certified Cisco Cloud Consultant

to lead a strategic modernization initiative focused on migrating legacy Avaya platforms to Cisco's cloud-based communication ecosystem. This role blends deep technical expertise with high-level strategic leadership and will be central to shaping the future of enterprise communications infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end migration

from Avaya to Cisco Unified Communications (UC) platforms. Design and implement

cloud-first telephony and network architectures

that are scalable, secure, and resilient. Provide strategic direction on enterprise communication systems modernization, including stakeholder alignment and roadmap development. Work cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration. Assess current environments, identify risk and opportunity areas, and present actionable recommendations. Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

Cisco certification

(e.g., CCNP Collaboration, CCIE Collaboration, or equivalent). Proven experience executing

migrations from Avaya to Cisco

platforms in enterprise environments. Deep expertise in

cloud architecture ,

VoIP/telephony systems , and

network infrastructure . Strong knowledge of enterprise-grade

communication systems ,

call routing ,

contact centers , and

SIP trunking . Ability to lead both

strategic planning and hands-on execution

across multiple workstreams. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience with Cisco Webex Calling, CUCM, or Contact Center solutions. Background working with IT modernization efforts in

highly regulated or enterprise-scale

environments. Familiarity with hybrid cloud or multi-cloud UC deployments.
