Selectek is seeking a dynamic Project Manager  to join our client's team in Sarasota, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and civil engineering background in Private, Public site and Civil Engineering Design. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal capital improvement projects.  Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Professional Engineers (P.E.) License and Valid Driver’s License Software Experience with MS Office, MS Project, ICPR (storm water software), must know how to read and open CAD files. Private and Public Site and Civil Engineering Design, Including Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Municipal Capital Improvement projects. Familiar with Local, State, and Federal Permitting Agencies 5+ years of experience Preferred: Software Experience with MS Office, MS Project, Modret, WaterCAD and AutoCAD Would entertain an EIT with 4-5 years of experience and close to getting P.E. Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor Display a keen enthusiasm for generating and pursuing business opportunities Strong self-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Job order details: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal capital improvement projects. There will be a lot of commercial and residential work but a good mix of heavy industrial, office warehouse and manufacturing. Sponsorship: No (needs to be US citizen) Pay range: $100,000 - $120,000 (will consider higher for more experience) Relocation: Will consider relocation Pay method when direct: Salaried (very limited if any OT)  Location of job: Sarasota, FL 34240 Hours and shift: Monday – Friday; 8am -5pm Work from home: No Working remote:  Not as a rule (once established, once in a while) Travel:  Some travel to job sites – day travel - on average once a week and usually within 2 hours.
