Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our ongoing projects related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. This role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure, project management tools, and the ability to work with various departments and teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare, specifically with EMRs, and a strong understanding of the legal ramifications involved in our operations. Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure appropriate resources are available when needed. Coordinate with different departments, including infrastructure engineering, for resource planning. Work closely with the mergers and acquisitions team and other project teams. Manage the schedule of all activities related to divestitures and acquisitions. Ensure all legal and security measures are in place for Day 1 activities. Manage the transition of medical records during divestitures. Handle confidential information and maintain top secrecy when required. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to interact effectively with technical people and understand technical terminology. Good people skills and the ability to manage relationships with buyers. Degree required; PMP certification preferred but not mandatory with 5-10 years of relevant experience. Experience in healthcare is a big plus. Experience in divestitures, acquisitions, and infrastructure. Experience with applications and platforms. Experience with network/telecom/data center/Citrix/email/provisioning/security. Evidence of experience and knowledge in ServiceNow.
