Requisition Title: Project Manager
Location: Stockton, CA (Hybrid)
Description: LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY. The role is hybrid, requiring 1-2 days per week onsite at Stockton or other locations as requested.
Candidates must reside locally to Stockton.
Use own laptop with VDI or Citrix until client laptop is delivered; clients cell phone will be provided.
Mileage and lodging expenses can be reimbursed with prior manager approval, if applicable.

- Independent worker with strong relationship-building, change management, communication, and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope and objectives.
- Develop cost/benefit analysis, work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, test plans, contracts, risk and mitigation strategies, change management, and communication plans.
- Secure authorization and funding for projects; determine staffing and roles.
- Lead and monitor team members; conduct project meetings.
- Maintain project plans, including risk, issue, change, and communication management.
- Ensure all requirements and changes are communicated effectively.
- Coordinate work across teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Manage vendor tasks and review deliverables.
- Track and report progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, adjusting scope, schedule, and resources as needed.
- Analyze problems and recommend solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and facilitate effective meetings.
- Work effectively with senior staff and management.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in IT Project Management.
- PMP certification.
- BA/BS in Management, Computer Science, or related field.
