Kamco Supply is a 2nd Generation owned company that started 35 years ago with 1 location in Connecticut. It has grown to 9 branches From Buffalo NY to Cranston RI with a current fleet of 75 trucks of which 35 are boom truck and 3 are 8 story booms and over 500,000sf of warehouse/showroom space. Our Albany, NY, branch is currently looking to bring a new Office Administrative Assistant on board. SUMMARY :

Supports the branch management by attending to administrative and business details and also performs clerical functions. Assists and reports directly to branch manager. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Perform general administrative work including record-keeping and payroll.

Review and balance daily cash receipts and petty cash.

Responsible for phones and all out-going correspondences.

Assists with invoicing, tax exempt form input and job creation.

Assist with receivables, credit, collections, and billing.

Keep track of office supplies and other general requirements.

Reconcile sales tax issues.

Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

Must have a high school level education and have computer knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel. At least two years of administrative experience is preferred, and good communication skills are required.
