Overview
Senior Roadway Project Manager - PE at DRMP in Jacksonville, FL. DRMP is seeking a motivated Senior Roadway Project Manager (PE) to help the growing roadway group based in our Jacksonville office. The candidate should be knowledgeable in roadway design and able to mentor junior staff, with the skills to market, control and develop projects for the Florida Department of Transportation, counties, cities and other transportation agencies. Responsibilities
Maintain responsibility for multiple roadway projects. Develop a tailored marketing strategy to promote the roadway discipline in applicable markets, including preparing Letters of Response and Technical Proposals. Direct and mentor younger staff. Complete tasks and projects within the established expectations of the supervisor. Demonstrate leadership qualities in all aspects while continuing to perform at a high level. Regularly review content quality to ensure the highest standards are met. Lead internal training programs. Requires no technical oversight. Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or appropriate equivalent 10 - 15+ years of progressively more complex engineering experience Experience managing projects for FDOT and/or municipal clients throughout Central Florida Management duties include budgeting, scheduling, job tracking, client interaction, and staff management Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to forge strong relationships with clients, professionals and your team members Valid drivers license with approved/acceptable driving history required DRMP Offers
