Our drivers typically have two weeks on the road followed by two days off, and we understand that life happens, making it easy for you to get home when necessary. Dedicated lanes provide similar home time reliability. What Sets Albany Trucking Apart? At Albany Trucking, you're more than just a number. Your dispatcher connects with you daily, and youll always be informed about your next load before unloading your current one. This means less downtime! We primarily handle no-touch, dry van freight that is 70% drop-and-hook, helping keep you moving. Most loads are automotive, primarily running east of I-35, with an average haul length of 500 miles. Expect weekly solo mileage between 2,500-2,800, with opportunities to exceed 3,000 miles. Competitive Pay Structure Base pay ranging from $0.45 to $0.55 CPM, based on location Potential to earn up to $750/month in performance bonuses Average weekly earnings: $1,300 to $1,500, contingent on miles and hiring area All miles paid: loaded, empty, and bobtail Weekly pay via direct deposit or Comdata Top-Quality Equipment & Facilities Our fleet features equipment that is no older than three years, primarily consisting of Peterbilt 579s, along with Internationals and Freightliners. Each truck is equipped with inverters, fridges, and Qualcomm systems. Take your truck and trailer home, provided you have secure parking unless you live within 50 miles of a terminal. Our terminals are located in Tontitown, AR; Laredo, TX; Irving, TX; North Jackson, OH; and Charlotte, NC. Comprehensive Benefits & Bonuses Albany Trucking offers robust health, dental, and vision coverages starting the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide a 401K retirement plan with company matching. Drivers earn one week of paid vacation after their first year, two weeks after two years, and up to three weeks after five years of service. Additional detention and layover pay are also available, varying by customer. Orientation includes a three-day session with meals and transportation provided, plus a $200 completion bonus. Pet & Rider Guidelines For lease-purchase positions, we welcome dogs of any size, with no weight restrictions. Company solo drivers are not allowed to have pets. However, riders are encouraged; immediate family members must be at least 13 years old and non-family riders must be 18 or older. Ready for a New Opportunity?
