EP Technologist (Electrophysiology Tech) - Full-Time
We are hiring a skilled Electrophysiology Technologist (EP Tech) to join our advanced cardiology team. You will assist in the performance of complex EP procedures and device implants, ensuring precise and high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your skills in a leading cardiovascular program within a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Responsibilities
Prepare, operate, and maintain EP lab equipment for diagnostic and interventional procedures Assist physicians in performing ablations, pacemaker/ICD implants, and other electrophysiology procedures Monitor patient vitals and ECG during procedures and communicate observations Maintain procedural documentation and patient records in accordance with hospital protocols Ensure equipment calibration, inventory control, and safe work practices Support procedural planning, patient education, and post-procedural care as needed Collaborate with cardiology teams and ensure patient safety, comfort, and procedural efficiency Requirements
1+ year of recent acute care experience as an EP Technologist Associate Degree required Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) OR Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with valid Florida State license BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire ACLS (AHA) - required within 90 days of hire What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out
