Director of Medical Oncology
Full-time (1.0 FTE) Director opportunity overseeing medical oncology services across two cancer centers. This role requires leadership in operations, quality, and accreditation while guiding a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered oncology care. Location:

Pay Range:
$170,000 - $200,000 per year Base pay range

Oversee day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and quality improvement initiatives for oncology services. Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accreditation standards; implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement. Manage fiscal operations; recruit and develop staff; collaborate with physician leaders to optimize workflows and outcomes. Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff; set departmental goals; analyze referral patterns; enhance patient satisfaction through streamlined processes and service integration. Provide leadership in developing policies, processes, and marketing strategies for oncology services. Qualifications
Masters degree in Nursing or related field preferred (Bachelors degree required) Active Massachusetts RN license Minimum 7 years of medical oncology experience with knowledge of accreditations and Joint Commission regulations 57 years of management and supervisory experience in oncology and clinical operations Demonstrated record of success in clinical program development and operations management Must be fully vaccinated against influenza and COVID-19 or meet exemption requirements Who we are
