We are seeking a

Junior Systems Administrator (Windows + Mac)

to support a government proposal in Boulder, CO. This full-time role requires hands-on experience in Windows systems administration and support for a limited number of Mac users. What Youll Do

Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and virtual environments. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability. Perform regular system backups and recovery operations. Contribute documentation for system configurations, procedures, and processes. Collaborate with IT teams to plan and implement system upgrades and patches. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff. Assist with system audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches, and resolve software-related problems. Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity. Report to a project leader or manager; work under general supervision. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within IT. What Were Looking For

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 46 years of experience in systems administration or related field. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Mac OS. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Why Youll Love Working Here
