Schedule: M-F 8:30AM 5:00PM Location: Salem, NH Hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 work from home) The Client Success Associate is a vital role in our account management team. This role is essential because they have various responsibilities such as: Building relationships with customers. Delivering on promises. Maintaining accurate administrative records for assigned accounts. Owning and producing regular reports that track service usage, deliverables, and performance metrics. What will be your performance objectives? Within the first 6 months you will: 30 Days - Gain understanding of the Account Management Process and the services On Call International provides. 1st Quarter Get to know assigned clients and become the day to day contact for various account tasks. 6 Months Independently manage general account inquiries from clients, colleagues, and management. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Provide regular reporting and analysis to Senior Account Manager on the performance of services and make recommendations for improvements. Position Knowledge & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Account management experience or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
