Do you thrive in the quiet hours, leading with confidence and grace while ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed? Join the iconic Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center as our 3rd shift front desk supervisor, where your leadership will help shape unforgettable guest experiences in a historic and elegant setting. What You'll Do: Lead and oversee nightly front desk operations with professionalism and warmth. Support, train, and guide team members to deliver exceptional service. Monitor lobby activity and adjust staffing to meet guest needs. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with care and efficiency. Welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and promote hotel amenities. Ensure the front desk maintains a polished, inviting appearance. Keep the team informed of VIPs, special events, and current promotions. Drive revenue through upselling and service enhancements. Coordinate with PBX, and other departments for seamless operations. Assist with cross-training and support other front office roles as needed. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by hotel leadership. Qualifications: Required: 3+ years of customer service experience. Minimum 6 months in a hotel front desk or concierge role. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Comfortable with computers and hotel systems. High school diploma or equivalent. Availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Preferred: Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
