This position involves analyzing inventory data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve inventory accuracy, minimize stock-outs, and reduce carrying costs. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective inventory management and support overall business objectives. Essential Functions:

Establish and maintain policies and procedures for inventory in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Oversee cycle count accuracy for assigned manufacturing sites and support local cycle count leaders to improve inventory accuracy. Analyze min/max inventory levels and lead periodic inventory reviews to optimize warehouse space. Develop and implement inventory control procedures, cycle counting, and physical inventory processes to ensure accurate reporting of raw materials, in-transit, and finished goods. Investigate discrepancies between actual and planned consumption on Bills of Materials (BOMs) and item masters; evaluate and communicate trends. Work with peers to ensure adherence to cycle count processes and schedules, understand root causes of inventory issues, and drive corrective actions. Utilize powered industrial trucks (PIT), such as forklifts and motorized hand trucks. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience in inventory management and analysis. Strong understanding of inventory control principles, including valuation methods, demand forecasting, and replenishment strategies. Proficiency in inventory management systems and software. Willing to become a licensed forklift operator. Additional Qualification Details: No additional requirements needed.
