Roles and Responsibilities
Management and development of new and existing customer accounts
Process orders and follow up on all customer requests
Quote, entry, and follow-up
Promotion of new products and specials to customers
Manage customer inquiries
Communication and support of Outside Sales Representatives on quotes and customer feedback
Qualifications
Customer Service experience
Excellent phone and communication skills
Excellent customer service, problem solving, and follow-up skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Effective time management skills
Ability to develop positive working relationships and new business over the phone
Growth and sales-oriented mind set
