LawPro.ai is in the legal-tech space, developing an AI-powered platform that helps personal injury law firms automate the review and analysis of medical records, build case chronologies, surface red flags, and simplify demand letter drafting. The platform speeds up case work, improves accuracy, and helps law firms scale without swelling support costs.
Role Overview
As the Market Campaign Manager, you will own strategy and execution for campaigns that drive brand awareness, demand generation, lead acquisition, customer onboarding, and retention. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure campaigns deliver results tied to revenue and growth goals. Given LawPro.ai’s rapid expansion (recent seed round, new features like “Case Assistant”) there’s opportunity to shape marketing processes and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g. email, paid media, content/SEO, webinars, social media, events) aimed at personal injury law firms.
Define campaign goals, KPIs, target segments (firm size, geography, case volume), messaging, creative briefs, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
Create and manage content assets: case studies, whitepapers, demand letters, use-cases, marketing collateral, website landing pages.
Align with product and sales teams to highlight product features (e.g. medical record analysis, demand letter drafting, Case Assistant) in campaigns. Ensure accuracy, compliance (legal & HIPAA), and clarity in messaging.
Implement lead nurturing workflows, drip campaigns, and retargeting to move leads through the marketing-to-sales funnel.
Optimize campaigns based on data: A/B testing, attribution, conversion rate optimization, and ROI analysis.
Oversee external vendor/agency relationships (creative, media buying, SEO) when needed.
Monitor and report on campaign metrics (lead generation, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, pipeline contribution).
Support customer retention and upsell marketing: case studies, referral programs, educational content to existing customers.
Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or legal-tech marketing, with hands-on history of designing, launching, and optimizing demand generation campaigns.
Strong analytical skills: comfortable with metrics, data dashboards, attribution models, and taking data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical/legal product features into persuasively clear marketing collateral.
Experience working with HIPAA or data privacy compliance, especially in contexts involving legal or medical records.
Proficiency in marketing tools: email automation (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo), ad platforms (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn), analytics (e.g. GA, BI tools), and CMS or landing page tools.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success with agility.
Creative mindset combined with detail-orientation; ability to manage several campaigns/projects at once.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience marketing to law firms or in legal services / litigation industries.
Prior experience with AI-driven products or platforms dealing with medical/legal data.
Familiarity with SaaS growth levers: free trials, product-led growth, onboarding campaigns.
