We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting and managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits, training, and performance management. The HR Specialist acts as a key partner to leadership and employees, ensuring a positive workplace culture and adherence to company policies and employment laws. Someone with experience in California HR/law is a plus! 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, policies, and procedures.

  • Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.

  • Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management.

  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues, performance, and conflict resolution.

  • Support training, development programs, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Ensure workplace compliance with safety and diversity standards.

  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • 4+ years of HR experience (or equivalent relevant experience).

  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Professional certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) a plus.
