Human Resources Specialist - rx2go
rx2go is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Specialist to support our diverse workforce through comprehensive HR services. This position will handle both administrative functions and strategic hiring initiatives, ensuring seamless recruitment, onboarding, and employee support while maintaining full regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized professional with strong strategic planning abilities and fluent Russian language skills to serve our multicultural team.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development
- Conduct comprehensive recruitment and interview processes, evaluating candidates on experience, skills, and educational background
- Update and maintain current job descriptions and requirements as business needs evolve
- Perform thorough reference checks and coordinate required background screenings
- Develop and execute new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
- Represent rx2go at community events and recruiting initiatives to attract top talent
Employee Support & Benefits Administration
- Guide employees through benefits enrollment, compensation packages, and educational programs
- Provide expert advice on benefits needs and evaluate vendor contract proposals
- Serve as primary resource for employee inquiries regarding safety, welfare, wellness, and health matters
- Support employees with workplace concerns and company-related questions
Compliance & Administrative Excellence
- Ensure strict adherence to all federal, state, and local HR regulations and employment laws
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and documentation systems
- Oversee all HR compliance requirements and regulatory reporting
Strategic HR Leadership
- Lead or participate in wellness, training, health and safety, culture, and communications committees
- Contribute to organizational planning and employee relations strategies
- Support rx2go's mission in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector through effective HR practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, OR minimum 2 years of professional human resources experience
- Fluent Russian language skills (speaking, reading, writing) - Required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Russian
- Strong interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching capabilities
- Advanced proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Excel, and database management
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational development, employee relations, safety, training, or labor relations
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
