We’re seeking an experienced ERP Lead/Business Systems Analyst to drive system optimization and cross-functional process improvements across finance, manufacturing, and distribution. This role is responsible for leading ERP initiatives with a focus on JD Edwards (JDE) across core business functions including finance, distribution, and manufacturing. This individual will act as a subject matter expert and liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring system enhancements and integrations align with operational goals. This is a hybrid role in Portland, OR.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Manage ERP support and enhancements, including prioritizing system changes and coordinating patch cycles.

  • Lead or support projects involving JDE integrations, module expansions, and cross-functional process improvements.

  • Collaborate with department leaders to align ERP functionality with business needs.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues and vendor coordination.

  • Monitor system performance, manage upgrades and patches, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

  • Provide input on technical architecture and participate in planning for upgrades and disaster recovery

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards.

  • Ideally 5+ years working within manufacturing or distribution environments

  • Strong understanding of JDE configuration and integration across multiple modules.

    • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger

    • Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales Order Management

    • Manufacturing, Advanced Pricing, Transportation, Fulfillment

    • Requirements Planning (Forecasting, MPS, MRP, Capacity)

  • Experience working with third-party service providers (e.g. WMS).

  • Technical knowledge of EDI protocols, system architecture, and performance optimization.

  • Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
