Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced ERP Lead/Business Systems Analyst to drive system optimization and cross-functional process improvements across finance, manufacturing, and distribution. This role is responsible for leading ERP initiatives with a focus on JD Edwards (JDE) across core business functions including finance, distribution, and manufacturing. This individual will act as a subject matter expert and liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring system enhancements and integrations align with operational goals. This is a hybrid role in Portland, OR.
Day to day responsibilities:
Manage ERP support and enhancements, including prioritizing system changes and coordinating patch cycles.
Lead or support projects involving JDE integrations, module expansions, and cross-functional process improvements.
Collaborate with department leaders to align ERP functionality with business needs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues and vendor coordination.
Monitor system performance, manage upgrades and patches, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Provide input on technical architecture and participate in planning for upgrades and disaster recovery
4+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards.
Ideally 5+ years working within manufacturing or distribution environments
Strong understanding of JDE configuration and integration across multiple modules.
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger
Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales Order Management
Manufacturing, Advanced Pricing, Transportation, Fulfillment
Requirements Planning (Forecasting, MPS, MRP, Capacity)
Experience working with third-party service providers (e.g. WMS).
Technical knowledge of EDI protocols, system architecture, and performance optimization.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
