Draft, review and revise agreements and legal documents Resolve disputes through litigation, including drafting legal documents and preparing for court Draft, review, and revise demand letters, case pleadings, and motion papers in commercial litigation matters Assist with all substantive aspects of discovery, including drafting discovery requests and responses, and preparing for depositions Support business transactions by preparing ancillary agreements and reviewing key deal terms to help close matters efficiently and cleanly Manage client development, marketing and the growth of the firm Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in commercial litigation Licensed to practice law in California Employment details
