Schedule:
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | On-call every 4th weekend
What You’ll Do:
Lead our infection prevention program following CDC guidelines
Monitor trends, track data, and report to health agencies
Educate staff, residents, and families
Develop and update policies to ensure compliance
Collaborate with care teams to keep everyone safe
What You’ll Need:
Active RN license in Ohio
CDC Infection Preventionist Certification (required)
Experience in long-term care or healthcare infection control is a plus
Strong communication and leadership skills
