Salary:
Up to $87,000 annually

Your Role:
Maintain employee health records, including TB screenings, Hepatitis B, and flu vaccinations
Coordinate and lead educational programs for staff
Oversee New Employee and Nursing Department Orientation
Assist with the hiring of RNs and LPNs as needed
Ensure all staff complete required educational in-services and comply with regulatory standards
Requirements:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
Current RN license in Ohio
Minimum five years of nursing experience
long-term care experience preferred.
