Overview
Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment. Office Services Associate San Francisco, CA (onsite) 3 Months (temp to perm) MonFri 10:00 AM 7:00 PM Responsibilities Set up and break down hotel offices, meeting rooms, and event spaces Provide reception support during breaks/lunches Operate high-volume copiers and perform finishing work (binding, QC checks) Handle incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and shipping/receiving tasks Distribute supplies, mail, and documents within the office Maintain copier areas (cleanliness, stocking, paper jams) Light maintenance tasks including re-lamping, minor repairs Scan, file, and convert documents, manage electronic files (TOC, OCR, etc.) Support executive-level staff (legal secretaries, paralegals, attorneys) Coordinate offsite jobs with vendors (BIS, Smart Source) Maintain records, logs, and manage job billing Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or GED required Experience: 12 years in conference center, office admin, or reception roles Minimum 2 years preferred in the legal industry Copy/print services experience is a plus
Skills
Excellent customer service and verbal communication Ability to lift/push furniture and perform light maintenance Troubleshooting/problem-solving skills Familiarity with shipping/receiving procedures Basic electronics and copier knowledge preferred Comfortable with scanning, document management systems, and office equipment
