Lathe Machinist
We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machinist to operate multiple CNC Hardinge lathes for short and long-run production. The role requires setting up machines with a technician, deburring parts, and performing quality inspections using various tools. You will also be responsible for general maintenance of the machines. Operate multiple CNC Hardinge lathes as per work orders. Set up machines with a technician when necessary. Deburr parts and perform quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, vision systems, and CMM. Perform general maintenance on machines as needed. 2+ years of recent CNC Lathe experience. Ability to read blueprints. Experience with Twin Spindle lathe machining. Familiarity with Nakumura machines. Knowledge of G&M codes and tool changes. Experience with machine offsets and Fanuc controls.
