Administrative AssistantLHH Recruitment is working with a financial services company in Albuquerque, NM. This organization is in search of an administrative assistant to support their internal teams. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pmThe Administrative Assistant will support daily operations with a focus on payment processing, data entry, scheduling, and administration. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and able to manage confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor ACH payments accurately and on time
  • Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail
  • Coordinate and manage schedules for internal staff and client meetings
  • Provide administrative support to trust officers and fiduciary staff
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in financial services, legal, or a professional office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience with ACH or financial transaction systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
