Your Role
Educate homeowners on storm-related property damage and insurance coverage
Deliver professional in-home sales presentations
Manage leads via CRM and maintain an organized calendar
Generate your own leads (referrals, door-to-door, events)
Handle customer questions, escalate issues, and support project execution
Train future sales team members as you grow
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of sales experience (roofing or construction preferred)
Strong communication skills & the ability to close in a short sales cycle
Valid driver’s license & ability to travel
Comfortable on ladders, roofs, and in the field
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to own your growth
Tech-friendly (CRM, tablets, Microsoft Office)
Roofing certification a plus
