Intelligence Consulting Enterprise Solutions, INC. is looking for an IT Support Technician Description :

Join ICES on a contract impacting national security as an IT Support Technician

These positions are located in Springfield, VA. All positions require an active / current TS / SCI security clearance and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as needed.

As an IT Support Technician, specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Duties :

  • Provide a highly responsive IT point of contact for all TAC test workstations and infrastructure.
  • Perform adaptive reconfiguration of test suites and test workstations.
  • Broad working knowledge of NGA IT policies, program responsibilities, and process for accomplishing needed IT tasks.
  • Develop and present effective technical presentations to senior management and to technical / non-technical audiences; must possess strong written and verbal communications skills.

Skills and Experience :

Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of experience in Management and specializing in managing resources, staffing, and costs supporting a Government contract.
  • Requires in depth coordination with the NGA IT service contract program office and IT services contractor team.
  • Experience scoping level-of-effort for tasks and providing accurate costs and resource estimates.
  • Capable of working individually, collaboratively, and report to a department head.
  • Contributes to complex aspects of projects and conduct root cause problem analysis to develop technical solutions.

    • Desired :

  • Mid-level experience in the field of IT Support or related fields with the skills to work independently and seek guidance when needed.
  • 4+ years of experience in one or more disciplines of Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or Business, or other related fields.
