We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in creating a welcoming café experience for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a blend of culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Operate cash registers accurately, handle cash transactions, and process payments efficiently. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including baking pastries or preparing light snacks. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Experience
Previous experience in the food service or café industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and retail math calculations are essential. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members positively. A passion for coffee culture and an eagerness to learn about different brewing methods is a plus.
