Software Developer

Title: Software Developer Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Note: This is a W2 contract role – this role is NOT open to 1099, C2C, or 3rd party candidates The Software Developer will; Manage QRM product including maintenance and improvement of application performance and stability Interface with business and management to support continuity of business and disaster recovery capabilities Troubleshoot new updates and upgrades with the QRM software Participate in Agile SCRUM team ceremonies Work with project or functional leads in developing use cases/scenarios, flow diagrams, and workflow analysis Create documentation, as necessary, during all phases of the SDLC Thoroughly understand the business partner requirements and troubleshoot when issues arise Position Qualifications: 5-8 years of technical expertise with MS SQL, including strong experience reading/writing SQL queries and building and maintaining SSIS packages Experience with QRM systems Experience with AWS infrastructure, such as Batch, EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, Step Functions, etc. Experience with Windows PowerShell scripting Experience with Terraform Experience creating batch files and scheduled tasks Thorough understanding of technical concepts and knowledge of all phases of software development, including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support Experience with vendor management/negotiation Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and a familiarity with industry analytical tools Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as collaborative team player ability, ability to work in a matrixed environment across LOBs, positive attitude, and self-starter ability Quick learner ability, with a curious mind, a sense of urgency, and the ability to multi-task Experience with GitLab or a similar CI/CD tool preferred Experience with JSON or a similar technology preferred A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or other relevant field preferred; relevant AWS Certifications highly preferred Note: This is a W2 contract role – this role is NOT open to 1099, C2C, or 3rd party candidates
