Now Hiring: Technical Delivery Manager / Project Manager We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Delivery Manager to drive a large-scale cloud migration initiative. This hybrid role in Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite) is perfect for someone who thrives in complex environments and can lead both technical delivery and project execution with confidence. Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Rate: $50–60/hr on W-2 (No C2C) What You’ll Do: ✔️ Lead enterprise-level IT projects with high complexity and scope ✔️ Drive hybrid cloud migration strategy ✔️ Work directly with app teams on migrations, onboarding to GitLab DevSecOps pipelines, and Terraform modules ✔️ Manage risk, triage issues, and enable smoother migrations ✔️ Collaborate across business units (deposits, auto, corp tech, enterprise data, security, etc.) What You Bring: ✔️ 5+ years in Project/Delivery Management within enterprise IT ✔️ Strong Agile experience (Jira, scrum, etc.) ✔️ Hands-on experience with Terraform & GitLab ✔️ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills ✔️ A self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills This is an exciting opportunity to shape a major enterprise cloud strategy and make an impact across multiple business lines.
