We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in HVAC, Plumbing, or Piping systems to help lead challenging mechanical construction projects from conception to completion.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and coordinate mechanical construction projects start to finish.
- Oversee procurement, subcontracting, RFIs, change orders, and project billings.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management across all job sites.
- Lead project teams while maintaining schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
- Support estimating, design/assist, and design/build opportunities.
- Collaborate with fabrication teams on drawings, material take-offs, and budgets.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and/or Plumbing systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Skilled in project management software (MS Project or P6 a plus).
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent time management and leadership skills.
