Project Manager/Estimator Opportunity

Selectek has a full-time opportunity for a talented Project Manager/Estimator to join our team at a leading structural steel and architectural faade subcontractor in the greater Milwaukee, WI metro area. You'll play a key role in securing projects, managing them from proposal to completion, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Note: You must be authorized to work for any employer in the USA to be considered. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in structural systems and construction to:
- Partner with the department head to identify and win new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and bids.
- Collaborate with clients and designers to understand project needs and overcome challenges.
- Manage all aspects of awarded projects, including shop drawings, material procurement, installer scheduling, and project completion.
- Analyze and interpret structural and architectural drawings with precision.
To be successful, you'll possess:
- A solid understanding of structural systems and construction best practices.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- The ability to read and interpret structural drawings and perform takeoffs.
- A proven track record of success in sales and/or project management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to quality and a proactive approach.
