Role: Project Manager, Infrastructure Program Delivery
Location : US East Coast (Philadelphia, NJ, NY)

This role is responsible for the project management of one or more infrastructure work-packages delivering technical infrastructure. Project management responsibilities may include leading a single project, a project work-package, or working as part of a larger team or program of work. Specifically, this role is responsible for the following deliverables:

Must have skills:
- He/she will initially commission a PoC to prove the capability, migrate legacy Nutanix/VMWare sites to the Edge and then scale it out.
- Experience of delivering Cloud Transformation programmes at the IaaS/PaaS level in a multi-cloud/hybrid environment is highly desirable.
- Exposure to solutions such as Dell Apex, Azure Arc and Client Greenlake would be an advantage.
- Resource should be from US East Coast only because they may have occasional travel to customer location
Demonstrated experience with the following:
- Project management standards and procedures; including development of project proposals and management of all aspects of project delivery including schedules, finances, risks and issues
- Project management of technical infrastructure projects, preferably within large multifaceted programs
- Strong planning and deliverable tracking of complex global projects across multiple departments with the ability to drive alignment and rapid decision making
- Sound organizational skills with experience in maintaining project governance artefacts and reporting across a global program and matrixed organization
- Broad knowledge of and practical experience working in a highly regulated environment, preferably pharmaceutical
- Effective management of matrixed teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, written and oral communication skills; strong presentation skills
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of technical architects, engineers, product managers, product owners and various subject matter experts
- Aptitude to quickly grasp technical topics in sufficient detail to effectively communicate with customers and Tech delivery teams.
- Effective business and end-user change management
- Ability to apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban practices and related tools as required
- Experience working with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
- Working knowledge and understanding of current Best Practices
- Experience coordinating large scale initiatives which include tech and non tech related business stakeholders across the organization

Specifically, this role is responsible for the following deliverables:
- Lead project planning, resourcing, reporting, and troubleshooting to ensure delivery of committed plans and value to our customers within scope, schedule, and budget
- Define the deployment strategy and prepare and execute the detailed project plan; including project tasks, target completion dates, milestones, resources, and dependencies
- Manage a matrixed team to deliver solutions and processes in support of project objectives and requirements
- Provide executive level reporting on project progress, budget, and other metrics as required
- Cooperate with project sponsors and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring proper stakeholder updates and communications
- Provide appropriate escalation of information which enables visibility and decision-making
- Ensure proper technical, and end-user, change management
- Negotiate solutions and address emergent issues, continuously monitoring, mitigating, and reporting on risks and issues
