HDRs Water Business Group is growing, and we are looking for experienced Project Managers to help lead our program forward. As a Project Manager in our Water Business Group, youll oversee projects from small-scale planning to large, multi-disciplinary design efforts. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing details, building client relationships, and leading technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage small to large-scale engineering projects across planning and design phases.
- Coordinate work across teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Build and maintain client relationships, participate in marketing and negotiations.
- Lead meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
- Interface with agencies during reviews and permitting.
- Monitor project budgets and schedule, and manage resources.
- Provide technical analyses and engineering reports.
- Mentor junior engineers and support firm-wide initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 7 years of related experience.
- At least 2 years of project management experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; Access experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
