- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams (estimators, engineers, field crews) to hit milestones safely and on schedule.
- Risk Management: Identify potential roadblocks early, implement mitigation strategies, and keep projects on track.
- Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and suggest process enhancements to boost efficiency and quality.
- 5+ years of mechanical construction project management (HVAC/process piping preferred)
- Proven track record delivering projects on time, on budget, and with zero compromise on safety
- Strong communicator-comfortable presenting to C-suite clients and motivating field teams
- Proficiency with PM tools (Procore, MS Project, or similar) and a knack for data-driven decision-making
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
- Competitive base salary based on your experience
