We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our commercial construction team and oversee exciting clubhouse and amenity center projects. This role is primarily office-based with limited time in the field, focusing on planning, implementation, supply chain management, and ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Lead pre-construction reviews and early-stage planning.
• Create submittal packages and collaborate with architects on material approvals.
• Manage material procurement and oversee supply chain logistics.
• Communicate effectively with construction managers to align project needs and
• schedules.
• Ensure labor and material timelines are met to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and ability to guide
• vendors/subcontractors on technical details.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam (or similar), Procore, and Excel preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture, or related field
• preferred.
• PMP certification a plus.
