About the Toddler Classroom

At KinderCare, our toddler classrooms are full of movement, curiosity, giggles, and learning through play. With a low 1:4 teacher-to-child ratio, you’ll have the time and support to build meaningful relationships with each child, guide their development, and celebrate their daily accomplishments—big and small.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Create a warm, welcoming classroom where toddlers feel safe, loved, and ready to explore.

• Plan and implement fun, age-appropriate activities that support toddlers’ growth in language, motor skills, social-emotional development, and independence.

• Maintain open, ongoing communication with families about their child’s milestones, daily routines, and classroom happenings.

• Collaborate with your co-teacher(s) and center staff to ensure a consistent, high-quality learning environment.

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with toddlers in a childcare, preschool, or similar setting.

• A love for young children and a genuine interest in helping them grow.

• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.

• Ability to maintain patience, energy, and a positive attitude throughout the day.

• Meet state licensing requirements including background check, training, and minimum education credentials (we’ll guide you through this process!).
