Seeking a Full-Time Dental Front Office Receptionist in Lansdale, PA - $18-$24hr + GREAT benefits! No Experience Necessary

We are a growing, beautiful, modern office, located in Lansdale, PA (19446), with a wonderful patient population. Our compassionate, enthusiastic team, and sincere dentists are dedicated to quality care. We'd love to have you join our dental family.

Schedule: 5 Days/Week

Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 5 or 6 PM (Ending between 5:00 and 6:00 PM, depending on the schedule)

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate: $18-$24/Hour, Based on experience

Duties for our Dental Front Office Receptionist:

• Greetings all patients with a warm and welcoming smile
• Checking in and checking out patients
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Coordinate hygiene appointments to maintain a productive schedule
• Recare calls when needed
• Confirm appointments according to office guidelines.
• Answering the phones/texts/emails in a timely and friendly manner
• Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Dental front office is not required
• Technologically proficient
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently on goals and objectives
• Proactive, organized, and attention to detail
