We are a busy Dermatology practice in Colchester, Vermont seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our team in the Middlebury/ Rutland area.

Job Description

• Greeting patients for check -in, check-out and answering phones.
• Posting payments.
• Demographic and insurance entry/edit.
• Appointment scheduling.
• Medical records, processing referrals and any other duties assigned.
• Maintaining a clean, neat and hygienic work area.
• Ensure accurate documentation in chart according to office protocols.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
• Must be friendly, professional and well organized with attention to detail.
• Customer service 1 year (preferred)

Job Type:

• Full-time: Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4:40pm
• Training will be completed at our Colchester location

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
