Base pay range $43.00/hr - $48.00/hr
This is a remote role (based in PST).
Pay Range: $43/hr – $48/hr
What You’ll Do Serve as the main point of contact for third-party research software vendors.
Manage researcher onboarding and offboarding, including access to essential tools and software.
Oversee research account balances and inform renewal strategies.
Distribute research opportunities to the participant panel, collaborating with researchers to optimize marketing content.
Support and expand the participant panel through template creation and community engagement.
Become the go-to expert for participant recruiting processes.
Regularly report on tool and participant panel usage.
Proactively identify and update outdated process documentation.
Train researchers and non-researchers on UX research practices and regulations.
Develop scalable training materials for various audiences.
Identify and pursue new participant recruiting sources.
Lead targeted recruiting efforts for specific user profiles.
Must-Haves 2+ years of experience in project management (task breakdown, workback schedules, work tracking).
2+ years of experience with collaboration platform authoring (Communication site WYSIWYG editing).
2+ years of experience in persuasive writing (email marketing).
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
A passion for process improvement and documentation.
Customer-driven mindset and a quick learning aptitude.
18 months of full-time availability.
Completed skills assessment (as provided).
Nice-to-Haves Understanding of data privacy policies (e.g., GDPR).
Familiarity with marketing/persuasive content creation.
Experience with UX research (e.g., participant profiles, customer journeys).
Experience with instructional design (creating eLearning experiences).
