Overview Marketing Program Manager role at Adobe. Join the Business Strategy and Operations team within the Digital Experience Marketing organization. Responsible for efficiently planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing programs, global campaigns, and releases to improve brand transparency, engage target audiences, and achieve measurable business objectives. Requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and project management expertise.
What You’ll Do Support end-to-end marketing programs and campaigns through cross-functional collaboration with marketing channels, product teams, and internal Studio partners
Maintain and distribute program documentation, including project timelines, review schedules, and meeting notes
Manage strategic operations and processes; participate in creative reviews to assess production, licensing, and budget implications
Assist in setting up review and approval schedules with key collaborators
Coordinate production reviews and approvals, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards
Align content production with the communications plan, customer journey, and regional needs; coordinate delivery timelines with partners
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency
Coordinate and document meetings, providing timely communication of updates, decisions, and actions
Schedule meetings, take notes, and communicate updates and next steps
Skills Needed To Succeed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3-5 years of program/project management experience, preferably with a marketing management background
Experience planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing programs to drive business results
Strong project management skills; ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Adobe Workfront experience preferred; knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, and Wiki
Excellent business partner management and presentation skills

Compensation and Notices The U.S. pay range for this position is $84,300 -- $163,400 annually. Pay varies by location and experience. The description may reference total target compensation for sales roles or base salary plus incentive plans for non-sales roles. Some roles may be eligible for long-term incentives.
