Job Summary

Central Union HSD is looking for a highly motivated and energetic human resources professional to join our team. This is an 8-hour/12-month position.

Requirements: any combination of training, education, and/or experience equivalent to an Associate's Degree in human resources, business administration, or closely related field, and two (2) years of increasingly responsible human resources experience. Desired qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish)

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational abilities, ethical judgment, problem-solving skills, initiative, and a proven record of being dependable.

Under direction of the Executive Director of Human Resources, independently performs a wide variety of technical and administrative duties in support of human resources operations and activities; participates in the recruitment process; reviews, updates and processes data into the District's HRIS; compiles information and prepares a wide variety of reports; provides assistance and information to administrators, supervisors, employees and applicants regarding human resources; performs related work as directed.
