What You’ll Do
· Serve as the first-line HR partner in the field, supporting team members and managers on day-to-day HR needs
· Handle employee relations cases, compliance tasks, investigations, and documentation
· Partner with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) to resolve team member issues quickly and effectively
· Support managers in implementing performance management standards (reviews, PIPs, progressive discipline)
· Provide HR presence during acquisitions when engaged by the HRBP or Integration Partner
· Coordinate field execution of HR initiatives (open enrollment, wellness events, merit cycles, contests)
· Travel up to 25% for field support, investigations, acquisitions, and company meetings

· Employee relations cases resolved quickly with thorough documentation
· Compliance tasks executed accurately and on time
· Assigned acquisition follow-up tasks completed within 30 days
· Field leaders engaged and responsive to HR initiatives and company programs
· Managers rating HR support as responsive, practical, and effective
· Demonstrated growth in handling increasingly complex HR matters independently

Requirements:What You’ll Bring
· Solid understanding of HR fundamentals: employee relations, performance management, compliance, and onboarding
· Experience applying HR practices or transferable leadership/industry experience with proven results
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field a plus
· HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) a plus
· Based in Florida (Tampa area a plus) with ability to travel up to 25%
· Clear, professional communication and the ability to guide and influence leaders
· Problem-solving mindset and interest in continuous learning
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
