Job Description The Business Intelligence Analyst supports the team in business intelligence analysis, development of data tools and management, and continuous process improvement/automation to enhance the development, execution, and evaluation of the customers Strategic Plan. The Business Intelligence Analyst will provide technical and operational support for the development and implementation of data collection, analysis, and visualization tools that strengthen the teams analytical and reporting capabilities and improve the breadth, method, and quality of data collected. Responsibilities Provide technical and operational support for the improvement / automation of business processes Knowledge of both information technology (development, programming) and business intelligence Proficient in Microsofts Power Platform apps (Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps) Perform advanced and/or large-scale data modeling to identify trends, forecast resource needs, and assess operational risks. Manage sensitive data with strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection policies. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations in data handling, storage, and reporting. Educational Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field and/or equivalent experience. Experience Requirements Five to 12 years of experience evaluating, developing, and documenting organizational processes and procedures; implementing new business or computer systems; and delivering operational staff training.
