Executive Producer, Creative Operations & Production Chime is building a world-class in-house creative team that matches the pace, ambition, and boldness of our business. As the Executive Producer, you’ll sit within the Creative Operations & Production team and lead a group of talented Producers who support Chime’s diverse lines of business: Brand, Growth, Go-To-Market, Product Marketing, Enterprise, Paid, and more.

You’ll be responsible for establishing the playbook and ways of working that elevate our production discipline to a world-class standard - driving consistency, efficiency, and excellence across every project. This includes integrated marketing campaigns, TV and digital work, lifecycle and product marketing, long and short-form content, and everything in between.

This role is perfect for a strategic, solutions-oriented production leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to scale operations, and is passionate about creative excellence.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $130,050 and up to $190,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to

Direct, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Producers, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.

Set clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations to drive accountability and empowerment across the team.

Foster collaboration and alignment across Creative, Marketing, and cross-functional partners.

Define and evolve the production playbook, building scalable and efficient processes that deliver speed, consistency, and quality.

Partner with Creative Operations leadership to optimize resourcing, capacity planning, and vendor management.

Establish production standards, best practices, and documentation that ensure clarity and repeatability across projects.

Identify opportunities for operational improvements in cost, time, and workflows.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a wide range of creative projects - integrated campaigns, TV, digital, lifecycle, content series, product launches, and more.

Provide senior oversight on production budgets, timelines, vendor partnerships, and creative execution.

Ensure production excellence across media types: broadcast, digital, social, OOH, experiential, and emerging platforms.

Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies that can drive innovation and efficiency.

To thrive in this role, you have

10+ years of experience in production and creative operations, with significant experience in integrated campaign production.

Proven success as a people manager, building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.

Deep understanding of production workflows across broadcast, digital, social, and content platforms.

Expertise in project management, budget oversight, vendor negotiations, and contract management.

Strong operational mindset with the ability to design scalable processes in a fast-moving environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable influencing at all levels of the organization.

A passion for creative work, balanced with discipline in operations and execution.

Agency and/or in-house experience strongly preferred.

We operate on a hybrid schedule in certain locations.
