We’re growing 3× year-over-year, have hit multimillion ARR, and process over 60 TB of GTM data monthly. Based at our San Francisco HQ, we operate fully in-person, move fast and hire people who are ready to win. Your Mission As HockeyStack’s Senior Growth Marketing Manager, your mission is to own and scale the programs that fuel our pipeline. You’ll be the force behind paid media, ABM, and demand generation campaigns that directly drive revenue impact. By combining data-driven precision with creative execution, you’ll help us reach the right accounts, at the right time, with the right message — and accelerate our path to becoming the category leader in GTM intelligence. What You’ll Do
Manage and scale paid media programs (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, etc.) to generate qualified pipeline at scale. Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) motions with Sales to penetrate high-value accounts. Build and launch multi-channel demand generation campaigns across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB. Own funnel reporting, campaign measurement, and pipeline attribution using HockeyStack — ensuring clarity on ROI. Test and optimize creative, messaging, and channel mix to continuously improve conversion rates. Partner with Product Marketing and Field Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns across the full buyer’s journey. Translate data into actionable insights that inform strategy and accelerate growth.
What We’re Looking For
5–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing at a B2B SaaS company (mid-market/enterprise focus). Proven success scaling paid media and ABM programs that directly influenced revenue. Deep analytical skills with expertise in attribution, funnel reporting, and campaign optimization. A creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments. Strong collaborator with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and leadership. Based in San Francisco and able to work onsite 5 days a week.
