Senior/Brand Manager (Beverage Creations)Danone North America is seeking a strategic Brand Manager and leader who can adapt to new environments, build brands with a positive impact, bring ideas to reality with solid business acumen and P&L management. The role requires strategic thinking, pragmatic action, collaboration, and the ability to influence across the organization. The Senior/Brand Manager will lead and develop plans with agency partners, prioritize initiatives, and deprioritize less impactful workstreams.This role is part of a rotation program with the first assignment in Beverage Creations as the Brand Manager of evian. It can be based in Louisville, CO; New York, NY (Fulton or White Plains); or hybrid. The expected duration of each rotation is between 12 and 24 months, determined by development opportunities, exposure to different marketing competencies, and business needs.In the first assignment, responsibilities may include:Core Business Management: Overseeing the full water portfolio and overall business performance, including P&L management, financial targets, and commercial priorities. Driving pricing, distribution, and OBPPC strategies for sustainable growth.Building an Iconic Brand: Leading annual brand plans and breakthrough activations (media, PR, partnerships, experiential), shaping shopper programs across key channels. Managing agency relationships to deliver creative excellence and maximize ROI.Project Leadership: Driving evian’s critical strategic projects, aligning stakeholders within the Danone NA matrix and with global partnerships to secure resources and move initiatives forward.Innovation Pipeline: Shaping the long-term roadmap with cross-functional collaboration (R&D, Supply, Sales, Legal, Finance) to design and launch breakthrough innovations.The Senior/Brand Manager may also be responsible for:Crafting purpose-led brands, refining positioning, and creating long-term platforms for equity and growth.Delivering best-in-class creative content and activations at the right time and place for the right consumers.Building brand plans with agency partners, leading cross-functional teams to ensure integrated plans, and partnering with Omnichannel and CatComm for vertically integrated plans.Creatively leveraging trade, consumer, and shopper marketing dollars to maximize ROI.Managing business performance and key leverage points in P&L (volume, pricing, variable cost, trade, A&P, productivity) to meet budget commitments.Building strong cross-functional relationships to drive the business forward.Supporting Masterbrand strategic vision and leading insights-driven foundational development (Brand Promise/Standards).Striving for profitable growth through data-based strategic choices.Understanding trade and retail dynamics and developing a comprehensive brand/category portfolio strategy with strong sales fundamentals.Base compensation range: $108,000 - $161,000, commensurate with experience.
