The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and employees. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a welcoming and professional office environment.
Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel. Manage the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and professional appearance. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (monitoring visitor log, issuing visitor badges, etc.). Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation. Coordinate with office management on supplies inventory and order replenishments as needed. Assist in event coordination, employee onboarding, and other administrative functions as required. Support the compliance team with audits and other duties as assigned. Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company policies and services. Provide support in ordering lunch orders and catering assistance. Responsible for ensuring office is presentable for visitors. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role in a corporate setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.). Professional appearance and customer service-oriented mindset. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Work Environment & Schedule:
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm in the office. Will work from home 1-2 Fridays per month. Office-based role with occasional administrative duties requiring collaboration with other departments.
