Epicor ERP/IT Manager
Are you a hands-on IT leader ready to take ownership of technology strategy and operations? Our client, a growing and dynamic organization, is seeking an IT Manager to lead their technology function and ensure seamless alignment of IT initiatives with business goals. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of IT for the company, driving innovation, efficiency, and best practices across all systems and processes. What You'll Do
Lead the IT department's strategic and operational planning, fostering innovation and aligning projects with business objectives. Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of IT systems including ERP (Epicor), servers, networks, telecommunications, hardware, and software. Partner with stakeholders to define business and system requirements for new technology implementations. Oversee end-user services, including help desk and technical support, ensuring outstanding service delivery. Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, security standards, and disaster recovery plans. Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology purchasing, while providing cost/benefit analysis for IT initiatives. Drive process mapping and process improvements to streamline operations across departments. Lead initiatives to implement and optimize Epicor ERP modules (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Scheduling, Shop Floor) and assist in rolling out DocStar. Serve as the key liaison between business users and IT, ensuring effective communication and alignment of needs. What We're Looking For
Proven experience in IT leadership, ideally in a manager-level role. Hands-on expertise with Epicor ERP systems and associated modules. Strong ability to work with business users, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. Skilled in process mapping, process improvement, and workflow optimization. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on support in a lean IT environment. Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with DocStar or other Epicor integrations. Background in vendor management and contract negotiation. Familiarity with IT security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning. Why Join?
