environments-and is confident in coordinating multiple moving parts while keeping stakeholders aligned.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain detailed production schedules covering all phases of work (cutting, milling, outside processing, assembly, and final readiness). Partner with purchasing and project management to confirm materials are ordered, received, and available for production start. Identify, track, and escalate material shortages or scheduling conflicts before they impact delivery timelines. Continuously monitor progress and proactively flag risks to deadlines, engaging the right teams to resolve issues quickly. Collaborate closely with procurement, operations, project managers, and quality to keep production on track. Report on performance against promised ship dates and provide recommendations for improvement. Use

NetSuite

to manage schedules, track workflow, and maintain accurate data. Spot bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the process and propose practical solutions.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling, ideally in a

low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment

(fenestration experience a plus). Familiarity with BOMs, routings, and manufacturing processes. ERP/MRP expertise;

Effective communicator who can work cross-functionally with multiple teams. Ability to manage several custom projects at once in a dynamic environment. Exposure to CAD drawings and customization processes. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Just-in-Time (JIT) principles.
