Our client, a leader in commercial real estate, is seeking a

Salesforce Solution Architect

to support global digital transformation initiatives across their enterprise. This is a

full-time, hybrid (in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

position in

Richardson, TX

operating

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm . This position starts as a

6-month contract opportunity

with the potential to extend. The Salesforce Solution Architect will work closely with product, development, and business teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, and excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Architect scalable and secure solutions across Salesforce platforms for both U.S. and global business units. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to align solutions with business strategy. Work directly with stakeholders, spending approximately 30-40% of time in meetings and the remainder focused on architecture work. Develop application rationalization plans and contribute to enterprise capability mapping. Evaluate new technologies and provide strategic recommendations based on product roadmaps and trends. Lead vendor evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and buy/build decisions. Provide architecture documentation, support platform upgrades, and ensure alignment with business and IT roadmaps. Drive solution design in key areas such as integration, security, and data architecture. Engage in cross-functional architecture reviews and influence technology planning and execution. Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology, with at least 6 years in Salesforce solution architecture. Demonstrated ability to architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, etc.). Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders. Hands-on experience with:

Salesforce C360, Agentforce, MuleSoft, Tableau, Slack, Heroku Agile development methodologies Object-oriented programming and integration architecture

Experience managing complex enterprise transformation projects. Familiarity with ITIL practices, data quality management, and compliance standards such as PCI, PII, SOX, and GDPR. Nice to Have

Experience with integrations using SEQL, Snowflake, or other tools. Exposure to predictive or generative AI technologies. Familiarity with business process areas like Lead to Order, Sales Enablement, and Sales Compensation ecosystems. Previous speaking engagements at events like Dreamforce or industry panels. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
